We work with institutional buyers every week. This page covers the four common cases and the email path for getting a quote.
Who we work with
- Schools and universities. Music teachers, SEND programmes, arts faculties, and coding or maker courses. Typical order: 5 to 30 devices. Volume pricing is available.
- Museums and festivals. Interactive installations, workshops, and participatory events. We have supplied Sónar, CTM, and museums across Europe. Setup advice is included.
- Studios and labels. Playtronica as a production or performance tool. Volume orders, specific configurations, and workshop support.
- Corporate and events. Team building, brand activations, and launch events. We can supply devices and sometimes facilitate workshops.

How to get a quote
Email collaboration@playtronica.com with the subject Quote — [your organization]. Include:
- What you are planning (classroom, installation, event, and so on).
- Which devices you want and how many.
- Your delivery country and your timeline.
We reply within 2 business days with a quote and answers to your questions.
