🚚Shipping and delivery

How long shipping takes, by region and carrier.


All orders ship within 1–2 business days from one of two fulfilment centres. EU and North America orders ship from the Netherlands via UPS, DHL, or local post. Asia Pacific orders ship from Hong Kong via DHL or FedEx. Tracking is provided for every order.

We ship globally from two fulfilment centres:

  • Netherlands (ShipBob NL) — for Europe and North America. Carriers: UPS, DHL, PostNL.
  • Hong Kong (Floship) — for Asia Pacific and the rest of the world. Carriers: DHL, FedEx.

Processing time

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. During Black Friday and holiday periods, processing may take 2 to 3 business days. You receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once the order leaves the warehouse.

Customs and duties

  • EU orders. VAT is included in your purchase price. No additional customs charges.
  • Non-EU orders. Local customs may charge import duties or taxes when the package arrives. These charges are set by your country, not by Playtronica. The buyer pays them.

⚠️ Iceland and North Macedonia are not EU members. Customs charges may apply even though both countries are geographically in Europe.
